The ICATT team was stationed with a fully medical equipped ICU in Chenganoor, Kerala during the devastating floods and disaster management in August and September 2018.
Our Aero Medical Rapid Trauma Emergency Response Team helped with the transfer of critically ill patients from the district hospitals and camp sites, handling patients everyday.
Over 10 lakh victims at the camps were facing the brunt of an unexpected epidemic in the form of Cholera, Malaria, Dengue, Hepatitis A & E. Multiple people ware passing away due to heart attacks and snake bites among other major illnesses.
Our team was doing its best to treat and stabilize critically ill patients and transferring many of them to super speciality hospitals via helicopters.
From the moment we reached out to them, their responsiveness was immediate. The coordination team went above and beyond to ensure all necessary arrangements were made swiftly and seamlessly. They provided clear, thorough communication throughout the process, ensuring we were informed and comfortable with every step….I cannot express enough gratitude to ICCAT and their team for their invaluable support during a critical time. Their dedication to providing high-quality medical transport services is commendable. ICATT is an amazing team. Me and my family are very thankful for them getting my father home safely from Chandigarh to New Dehli to Vancouver Canada. They were involved in the process from the very start even helping me identify all the necessary paperwork and talk to the right doctors. I’m very grateful to ICATT team – Dr Sujender and Ratnakar Ravuri for helping me to transfer my mom from Kuala Lumpur to Thrissur, Kerala. My mom is a bedridden patient and this is the 1st time I am flying her to India for treatment. It was a scary thought for me but both the gentlemen above were so in control of the situation and process that I knew my mom was in safe hands.

Very professional organization. They carried out a medievac for my ailing wife from Abu Dhabi hospital to Chennai hospital on a bed to bed service.

Very responsive and 100% authentic services. They arranged a flight from male to Delhi when no planes were available pan India. The doctors were very professional and were fully equipped with all the machines needed. Before the pick up they were constantly in touch with the doctors of the hospital to take the update of the patient to be lifted so that upon arrival they exactly knew what was the condition of the patient. Highly recommend this entire team and my father is got a second life because of their prompt support.
